How do I order a kit?

Open Buy Kits, choose a product and quantity, then add it to your cart. Submit the checkout form and the KaruKidz team will confirm the order details with you.

How do I track an order?

Use the Order Tracking page with the order ID and the phone number used at checkout. If you cannot find the ID, contact the team with your order details.

Can a child submit artwork?

A parent or guardian should submit artwork and confirm that they have permission to share it. Keep the unique artwork ID to claim the certificate later.

Where can I find delivery and return information?

Read the Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund pages. The team confirms the current delivery options, charges and availability when an order is placed.
